Ricoh’s successful Interact Europe to be held annually

The inaugural three-day event welcomed 23 Ricoh ProcessDirector users from eight countries and was so successful that there were several requests from attendees that it be held annually.

Ricoh brought the forum to Europe for the first time following four highly popular annual global Interact user community events held in Boulder, USA. It was designed to immerse Ricoh ProcessDirector (Ricoh’s automated workflow solution) users in discussions on technology breakthroughs, best practices and trends.

Attendees were given practical guidance and updated on the latest developments for Ricoh ProcessDirector and related workflows by six global senior technical experts. They were also encouraged to give valuable feedback.

Among the topics covered were upcoming ProcessDirector enhancements and features, an introduction to the new web services functionality and MarcomCentral, plus Ricoh’s plans for a new dashboard and reporting. Another highlight was the Workflow Challenge where attendees suggested problems for ProcessDirector to solve. 

The packed agenda included an ‘Ask The Expert’ panel, a tips and tricks session, technical breakout discussions and a tour of the CEC.
