RICOH CloudStream completes SOC 2 Type II audit, reinforcing security and compliance for global customers

London, January 23rd 2026 – Ricoh announced today that its cloud-based service, RICOH CloudStream, has successfully completed the Service Organisation Controls 2 (SOC 2) Type II audit. This audit confirms that RICOH CloudStream’s controls were effectively designed and consistently operated over a defined examination period, demonstrating Ricoh’s ongoing commitment to secure and compliant cloud operations.

SOC 2, an auditing framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), evaluates how effectively a service organisation protects customer data based on five Trust Services Criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy. This audit focused on the Security category. As organisations accelerate digital transformation and migrate critical workflows to the cloud, ensuring robust data protection and compliance has become a top priority. The SOC 2 audit provides independent validation that RICOH CloudStream upholds strong security governance and aligns with globally recognised standards.
